1) Definitions

Creator: a registered user who publishes media content.

Collaborator / Co-Performer: a creator who appears in another creator’s content and has been previously approved through the “Collaborators” feature.

Content: photos, videos, audio, text, metadata, tags and descriptions published on Mondo Cam.

Tag: the collaborator’s account mention (e.g., @username) attached to the content.

2) Scope of authorization

By accepting a Collaborator request, you authorize the requesting creator to: (i) publish on Mondo Cam content in which you appear; (ii) apply your @username tag to such content; (iii) act in accordance with the platform Terms of Use and policies.

Note: authorization is limited to Mondo Cam. External uses (advertising, third-party sites, print) are excluded unless separately agreed in writing between the parties.

3) Consents and prohibited content

  • You represent that you hold the rights/consents necessary to authorize the use of your image/voice and, if applicable, stage name.
  • You warrant that the content does not infringe third-party rights (privacy, copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.).
  • No minors or persons who appear to be minors are allowed.

4) Image rights and license

Upon acceptance, you grant the requesting creator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited to hosting and making available the content within Mondo Cam, for the term set out in Section 6 and subject to platform policies. Your moral rights and any rights not expressly granted remain unaffected.

5) Tagging, credits and accuracy

  • The creator will indicate you as a collaborator via the @username tag.
  • False suggestions of your endorsement of products/services are prohibited unless specifically agreed.
  • Incorrect or misleading tags must be corrected or removed within a reasonable time.

6) Term, withdrawal and effects

  • Authorization starts upon acceptance and remains valid until withdrawn in the Collaborators section.
  • Withdrawal is prospective only: no new publications/tags; already published content may remain online, except in cases of violations or upon your duly motivated request (e.g., safety, privacy, doxing) assessed by Mondo Cam.
  • In case of dispute, Mondo Cam may temporarily suspend content or tags as a precaution.

7) Monetization and financial arrangements

Acceptance does not automatically entail compensation or revenue-share. Any remuneration between creator and collaborator requires a separate written agreement. If the platform offers revenue-split tools (if any), they follow the specific rules set out in the Terms of Use.

8) Moderation and takedowns

Mondo Cam may remove or limit content that breaches law or policies (copyright, privacy, non-consensual content, exploitation, hate, etc.). With substantiated reports, content may be temporarily hidden as a precaution.

9) Privacy and personal data (GDPR)

  • Legal bases: consent to collaboration (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) for the technical operation of the platform.
  • Data processed: account identifiers, consent logs (user, IP, user-agent, timestamp, document version), tags, collaboration relationships, content metadata.
  • Retention: for the life of the account and—after withdrawal—for the time necessary to manage already published content and comply with legal obligations.
  • Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. You can withdraw consent at any time in the Collaborators section.

10) Warranties and indemnity

Both collaborator and creator warrant the truthfulness of their statements and indemnify each other, as well as Mondo Cam, against third-party claims arising from violations attributable to their conduct (e.g., unauthorized use of another person’s image, copyright infringement).

11) Updates

Mondo Cam may update this notice. In case of material changes, a new “Last updated” date will be indicated and fresh acceptance may be required.
